Tomorrow, we will arrive at Friendship Park in Sacramento where we will be camped out for a couple of days. On Monday, Oct. 4, we will be working with homeless families at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sacfamilypromise.org\/\">Family Promise of Sacramento<\/a> and on Tuesday, Oct. 5, we will empower people at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sacloaves.org\/\">Sacramento Loaves &amp; Fishes<\/a>. Both organizations are excited about what we will be creating and we are too!<\/p>\n<p>Later in the week, we will move on to San Francisco where we will be working with the families at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.compass-sf.org\/\">Compass Family Services<\/a>. We are also working to finalize a visit to another San Francisco Shelter. On Oct. 9, we will leave for our final destination &#8211; Santa Barbara.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.heartsoffireproject.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/img_0442.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-1248\" title=\"img_0442\" src=\"http:\/\/www.heartsoffireproject.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/img_0442-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"img_0442\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a>On Oct. 10, we will celebrate <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/group.php?gid=252124162444\">World Homeless Day<\/a> in Santa Barbara at Pershing Park. The event will begin at 10AM and go until 1PM and will include a community art project, live music and food sharing. World Homeless Day is being celebrated around the world and is intended to honor the dignity and contribution of every human being, housed or unhoused.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><em>When someone believes in you, you can do most anything. If there was no homelessness, no poverty, we wouldn&#8217;t have to live in fear of these things.
