Im pretty sure it is the Oscar I once knew, especially because he was from Chicago Ill. The Oscar I knew also played drums and congas. If there is any possible way for him or someone to email me back I would greatly appreciate it. He was a dear friend I have never forgotten about. Thank You… =0)
