Not a very sexy title, but hey, it’s getting late (again)! I can see why I haven’t been writing here as much as I said I would – it just gets too late and I am too tired. But you are in luck, I am staying awake until I do this no matter what.
Have been extremely busy but also stopped and discouraged sometimes. When I am about my circumstances, suffering shows up. When I create and live into an inspiring future, joy and excitement abounds.
We had a great event at Mediation Mount in Ojai on Nov. 6, the two-year anniversary of the making of the Not Like Him video, the impetus for it all. About 50 people attended and I did a great presentation. The highlight of the evening was the performance by the people from LA Mission. Willie and Leilani were just spectacular. And July from Santa Barbara was great too.
Twice this past week, I set up and did a minimized version of my art show at Juice and Java (see picture) in Ventura. Margarete, the manager, was simply amazing and totally supportive. I am so grateful to her. It really makes my day when people really step up like she did. She even helped me carry all the gear in and out, including our big display board!
